Ingredients
Plain yogurt (Turkish or Greek)
3 Cucumbers
4 glove of garlic
1 tbsp. of dried mint
1tbsp Olive oil
1 lemon
Method
Step 1: Place the yogurt in to a bowl
Step 2: Peel the cucumbers you can either grate them or chop in small pieces and add to the yogurt
Step 3: Peel and chop the garlic in tiny pieces (this can be added depending on personal choice)
Step 4: Add olive oil, lemon juice and mint
Step 5: Mix and serve
The cacik is a favorite of all Turkish homes. It is done next to almost any meal and enjoyed in all seasons.
